Stark automotive’s reconditioned Lotus Elise provides supercar pace and ability at a fraction of the usual price. Recapturing the unique features that made the original Series 1 Lotus Elise so successful, we can also give the ultimate specification personalised to you. 

We are able to offer the Series 1 or Series 2 Elise visually identical to when it first rolled off the production line, yet what sets the Stark automotive car apart from standard is the option of a Honda K20 i-VTEC engine.

The K20A unit and 6 speed gearbox is the same as fitted to a Honda Civic Type R. In an Elise this provides approximate performance figures of 0-60mph in 3.9 seconds, 0-100mph in 9.5 seconds and a top speed of around 160mph. All this in a car that can be used all year round on road and track with Honda reliability.

Based upon a restored Lotus Elise, the donor car used will be a secondhand Rover engined vehicle. Supplying your own donor vehicle is possible and this will be reflected in the cost. The car is stripped to its chassis and parts before being rebuilt with brand new customer specified components, the pinnacle of which is our demonstrator specification Elise R.

All wear and tear components have been replaced and upgrades carried out to bring the car up to its optimum levels of performance. The replacement parts are developed for the car with track use in mind and can be tailored to your individual requirements.
