Followed by paintwork, below in the prep room. Only minor chips to rectify, no scuffs or fibreglass damage.
After primer, looking quite a fetching shade of blue. Hours of masking are needed for the bonded sill sections of the Elise along with very careful removal.

It was very important that there were no hidden areas missed for a 'factory fresh' feel and look.
Paintwork was then wet flatted prior to polishing for a glassy smooth finish:

We were often asked why the single round exhaust exit (in an oval hole) was chosen for the car. Simple, anything else is simply a cosmetic add on and therefore not in keeping with an Elise (and the definition of 'Stark').
