Fibreglass cracks chased out, drilled and built back up:
Various splitter scrapes and gouges built back up then skimmed:
All mesh treated to new gloss black after main paintwork, either powdercoated or painted:
New filler neck fitted:
New door scraper seals applied. The edges are given a liberal application of black sealant to prevent water ingress and resultant corrosion bubbling as per originals:
Side impact beam refitting and rebuild start:
