The free car scheme from Stark automotive is a new initiative designed to offer free motoring
without hidden catches.
The idea is simple, the customer benefits from a permanent free vehicle in exchange for just one year of vehicle advertising.

Are you a professional working full time within an inner city area?

Are you a full time student looking for very low cost urban transport?

Do you own a cherished car that you would prefer to save for weekends?

How does it work?

• To ensure the terms are maintained, a deposit of £950 is required at the start of your advertising year. However from this day forward the car is yours: No hidden fees, rental values, return values, YOURS. The registration document (V5) is signed and sent away with you as the new registered keeper of the car.
• The car will be provided to you in good condition, with approximately 1 years MOT and road tax included.
• The vehicles will be thoroughly checked to ensure there are no mechanical issues or worn parts present that would not be suitable for 12 months of motoring. It is in our interest to ensure that the cars are prepared to be the very best available for the budget and also presentable for the advertising.
• Periodic inspections will be carried out of the car. Providing the terms and conditions are being adhered to and the vehicle is covering suitable miles, £350 will be refunded after 6 months, and the remaining £600 after 12 months.
• Vinyl sticker adverts will have been applied on most body panels but never affecting lines of sight. These stickers are the property of Stark automotive and must not be removed within the contract year.
• Remember, the vehicle belongs to you right from the start so after 12 months you can do whatever you like with the car, sell it (we may even buy back from you) or keep it,  remove the stickers and continue to use! Remember that if you look after the car it could be worth enough to cover your insurance and fuel for the year - Truly free motoring!
  Of course, if you wish you can apply again and start over with a new free car for the following year.
  

So where is the catch?

• There is no catch, providing the simple terms and conditions are met and you have read and understand the FAQs all you have to pay for is your insurance, fuel and any running costs for the year.

What type of vehicles are available?

• For simplicity and continuity of advert sizes there is one car make and model currently available; the Ford Ka. This vehicle has been very carefully chosen for reliability, current design and image, cost of parts, availability and fun factor.
• All the cars supplied have been data checked and will be clear of issues such as a previously repaired insurance write off.
• The Kas will have been carefully selected to be the best available for the budget. They will be driven and checked before the start of the agreement, any parts that are noted to need replacement in the following year will be changed. A service may also be carried out if required.
• Any bodywork that is deemed to need attention will be carried out prior to the start of the contract, however please remember that this is not a brand new car and so there may be the odd age related scratch or stone chip.
• The car will be supplied with Tax and MOT valid for the 12 month contract. Please note that in some circumstances up to a maximum of 2 weeks of the 12 months MOT and tax may be used for car preparation and admin time before the handover.

Where is this taking place?

• Currently the scheme from Stark automotive is operational in Newcastle upon Tyne.
  
  
• We are however looking for businesses and individuals who are enthusiastic about starting the scheme in other towns and cities nationwide.
  Whether you are in the trade already or feel you have the abilities to operate in your area from scratch we would like to add you to our approved outlet network.
  Stark provide start up information and documents plus national advertising as part of the network but you would operate a completely independant business.
